We are hiring a Production & Test Engineer

💼 Your role

You’ll build hundreds of robots iterations from scratch, help the R&D team make robust and scalable designs, bring to life a production line capable of delivering a robot a day, train and support field engineers to update and fix deployed units. By joining the first team in the world designing from first principles how a robot should clean commercial spaces, you are going to heavily rely on your creativity and determination to solve problems in unconventional ways.

What you will be working on

• Building and breaking R&D prototypes - fast. You’ll help set up and evolve our workshop, fabricate parts, assemble robots, design test jigs, and push prototypes to their limits to uncover what breaks and why.
• Owning the health of our robot fleet. You’ll maintain, diagnose, and upgrade deployed robots, turn real-world failures into better designs, and transfer that hard-won knowledge into clear processes for field engineers.
• Turning chaos into a production machine. You’ll obsess over assembly speed, reliability, and repeatability - streamlining workflows, shaping supply chains, and working hands-on with suppliers.
