We are hiring a Founding Autonomy Engineer

💰 CHF 70-90k + equity

💼 Your role

You will do foundational work on our autonomy stack, and lead the autonomy efforts. You will leverage thousands of hours of task-specific teleop data from the field to train control policies to further increase the level of autonomy across all cleaning tasks on our robots. You will dive deep into how to collect high-quality data, how to train models that work 99+% of the time, and how to achieve superhuman performance starting from human demonstrations.

🤖 You

• Consider yourself independent and unstoppable.
• Have worked extensively with robot arm controls in the real world
• Have trained end-to-end policies for robotic tasks and managed to get them to work reliably on hardware
• Are comfortable working with modern robotics tools: ROS 2, C++, Python, JAX/Pytorch, Linux, git.
